Volleyball Recap: Highland Takes a Loss

Highland lost against Bakersfield Christian back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Scots lost 3-0 to the Eagles. The Scots have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-17, 25-9.

Micah Fox paced Highland's offense, picking up five kills. Fox got some help from Brooklynn Hill and her nine assists.

Highland's loss dropped their record down to 13-15-3. As for Bakersfield Christian, the win (which was their seventh in a row) raised their record to 11-8.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Highland is set to challenge their familiar foe Independence at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Bakersfield Christian will face off against rival Bakersfield at 6:15 p.m. on Wednesday.
