Volleyball Recap: Chestatee War Eagles vs. White County Warriors
Chestatee lost against White County back in August, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The War Eagles fell 2-0 to the Warriors. The War Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Natalie Sykes paced Chestatee's offense, picking up four kills. Sykes really made an impact as she also led the team in assists with seven. She also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Kylie Rudeseal, racking up four apiece.
Chestatee's defeat dropped their record down to 8-17. As for White County, their victory bumped their record up to 8-13.
Chestatee wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against North Hall on the 16th. As for White County, they will host Banks County at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
