Volleyball Recap: Clarksville Academy Comes Up Short

Clarksville Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their 11th straight loss dating back to last season. They came up short against the Northeast Eagles, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Eagles this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in August.

The final score came out to 25-20, 25-11, 25-18.

Clarksville Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Northeast, their win ended a five-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 4-10.

Coming up, Clarksville Academy will take on Friendship Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Northeast, they will challenge Kirkwood at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
