While Bishop Blanchet's win against Roosevelt wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Bears' pitchers stepped up to hand the Roughriders a 2-0 shutout on Friday. The victory was nothing new for the Bears as they're now sitting on three straight.

Bishop Blanchet's record is now 11-7. As for Roosevelt, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-10.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Bishop Blanchet will square off against rival West Seattle at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Roosevelt is set to take on their familiar foe Eastside Catholic at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Roughriders 4.1, the Crusaders 3.6) so any runs scored will be well earned.
