In a tight contest that could have gone either way, they made off with a 61-60 victory over the Eads Eagles. For the Wildcats, this counts as revenge for the 67-44 win the Eagles walked away with the last time they faced one another back in February of 2024.

Kit Carson's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Brennan Framel, who posted 11 points along with eight boards and six assists. Framel continues to improve, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played. Another player making a difference was Josiah Irwin, who dropped a double-double with 11 points and ten rebounds.
