Basketball Recap: Lithonia Comes Up Short

Lithonia lost against Southwest DeKalb back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Lithonia Bulldogs took a blow against the Southwest DeKalb Panthers, falling 70-20. The matchup marked the Bulldogs' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Lithonia has traveled a rocky road recently having lost six of their last eight contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 12-10 record this season. As for Southwest DeKalb, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 16-8.

Lithonia is taking a road trip to take on Marist at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Marist will roll in looking for their 14th straight victory, something Lithonia surely won't give up without a fight. As for Southwest DeKalb, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Clarkston at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
