Baseball Recap: Calhoun Turns Things Around After Road Loss

There's no place like home for Calhoun, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Thursday. Their pitcher stepped up to hand the Cuero Gobblers a 10-0 shutout on Tuesday. The Sandcrabs haven't had any issues with the Gobblers recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.

Bo Vickery tossed a big game, not allowing a single earned run and allowed only one hit over five innings pitched.

At the plate, Jaxon Ondreas was incredible, getting on base in all four of his plate appearances with five RBI and one double. Ethen Ramirez also deserves some recognition as he scored his first runs of the season.
