Basketball Recap: West Platte Has No Trouble Against North Andrew

West Platte won the last time they faced North Andrew and things went their way on Saturday too. The West Platte Bluejays enjoyed a cozy 61-45 win over the North Andrew Cardinals.

West Platte's victory bumped their record up to 9-5. As for North Andrew, their defeat dropped their record down to 11-7.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. West Platte will venture away from home to challenge South Holt at 7:30 p.m. on February 3rd. As for North Andrew, they will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on King City at 7:30 p.m. on February 4th. King City is on a three-game streak of home wins, North Andrew a four-game streak of away wins -- so someone will have to leave a streak behind on the court.
