Soccer Game Preview: Proctor vs. Superior

Proctor hasn't had much luck against Superior recently, but that could start to change on Monday. The Rails will face off against the Spartans at 7:00 p.m. Proctor has given up an average of 4.9 goals per game this season, but Monday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Thursday just wasn't the day for Proctor's offense. They came up short against Denfeld on Thursday, falling 8-0.

Meanwhile, Superior narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past Marshall 3-2.

Spencer Kidd and Marc Pagnucci scored all three of the Spartans' goals, bringing their combined season tally to 15 goals.

Superior's victory bumped their record up to 6-2-1. As for Proctor, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-11.

Proctor suffered a grim 6-0 defeat to Superior in their previous matchup back in September of 2024. Can the Rails avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
