Football Recap: Westfield Area Comes Up Short

Westfield Area lost against Lourdes back in September of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Pioneers lost to the Knights at home by a 23-6 margin. The Pioneers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

The loss was their first at home , dropping their record down to 3-3. As for Lourdes, the win keeps them at an undefeated 6-0.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Westfield Area will challenge rival Palmyra-Eagle at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Lourdes is set to square off against their familiar foe Dodgeland at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
