Baseball Recap: Harker Eagles vs. Pinewood Panthers

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against More, Harker was happy to have turned things around on Wednesday. They never let the Pinewood Panthers onto the board and left with a 7-0 win. This was payback for Harker, who suffered a 12-6 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Adi Jain and Shaurya Jain made a splash while hitting and pitching. Throwing, Jain didn't allow a single earned run and only one hit over four innings pitched. Meanwhile, Jain struck out seven batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits (and not a single walk). He has been consistent recently: he hasn't tossed less than seven strikeouts in seven consecutive pitching appearances.
