Volleyball Recap: Tartan Titans vs. Century Panthers
After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Hastings, Tartan was happy to have turned things around on Saturday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-1 win over the Century Panthers. This was payback for the Titans, who suffered a 2-0 defeat the last time these two teams met.
It was an exciting match in which no team won back-to-back sets, but at the end of the day Tartan got the one that really mattered. The final score came out to 25-15, 23-25, 15-13.
Century lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Amanda Spors, who had nine digs.
