Basketball Recap: Seneca Puts Losing Streak Behind Them

Seneca came into Thursday's contest having lost six straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They blew past the Parkview Vikings 55-35 on Thursday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest victory the Indians have posted since December 6, 2024.

Seneca's win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 5-7. As for Parkview, they are on a 20-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-10.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Seneca will welcome Hollister at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Parkview, they will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Branson at 6:45 p.m. on January 27th.
