Owen Angelo Game Report: @ Legacy

Owen Angelo gave up the fewest earned runs he has since back in March on Thursday. He was dialed in as he didn't allow a single earned run over four innings pitched. He was up against Legacy and has quite the history against that squad, as he also had a great game the last time he faced them back in April of 2024. Angelo has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than one walk in seven consecutive appearances.

Looking ahead, Angelo and Sierra Vista will head out on the road to take on Clark at 3:30 p.m. on Friday. Sadly, Angelo's big day wasn't enough to stop the loss, which snapped the Mountain Lions' six-game streak of wins on the road. With the streak broken, Angelo and the Mountain Lions surely have a bit of extra motivation heading into Friday's match.
