Wylie East is a perfect 3-0 against Garland since September of 2022 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Raiders will host the Owls at 7:00 p.m. Wylie East is currently enjoying a perfect season and no doubt wants to keep things rolling.

While Wylie East's win against Rowlett wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Raiders skirted past the Eagles 16-14. The 16-point effort marked the Raiders' lowest-scoring contest of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Wylie East to victory, but perhaps none more so than Jonathan Utubor, who rushed for 86 yards and one score. Keveyon Thorne was another key player, throwing for 292 yards and one TD.

Meanwhile, Garland beat Lakeview Centennial 20-13 on Thursday. The victory continues a trend for the Owls in their matchups with the Patriots: they've now won six in a row.

Wylie East's win bumped their record up to 8-0. As for Garland, the victory got them back to even at 4-4.

Everything came up roses for Wylie East against Garland when the teams last played back in November of 2024, as the squad secured a 66-10 win. Do the Raiders have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Owls turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
