Football Recap: Jordan-Matthews Takes a Loss

Thursday just wasn't the day for Jordan-Matthews's offense. They were outmatched by the Eastern Randolph Wildcats and fell 49-0. The Jets haven't had much luck with the Wildcats recently, as the team has come up short the last seven times they've met.

James Combs was a one-man wrecking crew For Eastern Randolph. as he rushed for 74 yards and four touchdowns on only seven carries. Those four rushing touchdowns gave Combs a new career-high.

Jordan-Matthews' defeat dropped their record down to 5-5. As for Eastern Randolph, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 8-2.

As of now, neither Jordan-Matthews nor the Wildcats have any future games scheduled.
