Football Game Preview: Peaster Greyhounds vs. Paradise Panthers + How To Watch

The Peaster Greyhounds will challenge the Paradise Panthers at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.

Peaster is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Friday. They took their matchup with ease, bagging a 36-3 win over Vernon. The victory continues a trend for the Greyhounds in their matchups with the Lions: they've now won three in a row.

Peaster found their leader in sophomore Hudson Salyers, who rushed for 135 yards and one TD.

Meanwhile, Paradise made easy work of Jim Ned on Friday and carried off a 27-7 win.

Peaster better keep an eye on Ayden Olalde. He was instrumental in Paradise's win, throwing for 227 yards and three touchdowns. Those 227 passing yards gave Olalde a new career-high.

Paradise didn't let much get past them through the air: they limited Jim Ned to a completion percentage of just 46.7%. The Panthers weren't nearly as limited: they posted one of 61.5%.

Paradise didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The team can thank two different players for their defensive prowess: Camden Walker and Wyatt Sanders, who each picked up one interception apiece.

Peaster's victory bumped their record up to 12-1. As for Paradise, their win bumped their record up to an identical 12-1.
