Recap: Indian Trail Hawks vs. Racine Case Eagles

The Indian Trail Hawks's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Monday after their fifth straight loss. They fell to Racine Case 67-63. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their last game last Saturday (55), Indian Trail still had to take the loss.

When it comes to explaining why Indian Trail lost, one person who can't be blamed is Mj Stackhouse. Despite the final result, he dropped a double-double on 24 points and 18 rebounds. Stackhouse is absolutely dominating the point category: he's posted at least 15 every time he's taken the court this season. Another player making a difference was Jack Zeller, who scored 12 points.

Indian Trail's defeat ended a 12-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 6-7. As for Racine Case, the victory got them back to even at 6-6.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Indian Trail will take on Fond du Lac at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. Racine Case won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Whitnall at 7:00 p.m. on January 16th. Whitnall has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 904 points over their last 12 games.
