Preseason Football Photo Shoot: Bishop Amat

Video: Preseason Football - No. 24 Bishop Amat Despite living in sunny Southern California, it seems freelance photographer Heston Quan had bad luck when the time came for his recent photo shoot.

Quan, who has been a member of the MaxPreps Photographers' Network for more than 10 years, photographed eight top players and head coach Steve Hagerty for the Bishop Amat (La Puente) football team in May for MaxPreps' Preseason Top 25 project.

The weather, however, was not cooperative.

"It rained during the first group shots when I did not want it to," Quan said. "And it didn't rain during the individual photos when I wanted it to."



The first part of the photo shoot was done in the Grotto on campus, while the reminder of photos were taken in one of the end zones of the school's football stadium.
