Football Recap: Buffalo Gap Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Buffalo Gap lost against Riverheads back in October of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Bison took a 29-15 bruising from the Gladiators. The Bison have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Despite the loss, Buffalo Gap still got an impressive performance from Isaac Goff, who rushed for 117 yards and two touchdowns.

Jackson Fitzgerald had a dynamite game For Riverheads., rushing for 179 yards and three TDs while picking up 9.4 yards per carry.

Buffalo Gap's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Riverheads, the victory got them back to even at 2-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Buffalo Gap will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Rockbridge County at 7:00 p.m. on October 3. As for Riverheads, they will venture away from home to challenge Wilson Memorial at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
