Basketball Recap: Santiam Now 3-1 over Last Four Games

Santiam won the last time they faced Nestucca and things went their way on Monday too. The Santiam Wolverines walked away with a 46-37 win over the Nestucca Bobcats. That's two games straight that the Wolverines have won by exactly nine points.

Santiam has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 3-4 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 50.8 points per game. As for Nestucca, their loss dropped their record down to 5-3.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Santiam and Crosshill Christian will round out the year against one another at at 2:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Nestucca, a feisty cat fight will be fought when the Nestucca Bobcats challenge the Taft Tigers at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
