The loss continues a trend for the Pride in their meetings with the Warriors: they've now lost three in a row.

While Salesian College Preparatory had to settle for second, they sure made a game of it, scoring at least 20 points in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-23, 25-22.

Salesian College Preparatory's defeat dropped their record down to 4-12. As for Swett, they have been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 13-13 record this season.

Salesian College Preparatory does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Swett, they will square off against Pinole Valley at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Spartans will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something the Warriors surely won't give up without a fight.
