Volleyball Recap: Saegertown Falls Short Against Ranked Meadville

Saegertown faced Meadville in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Tuesday. The Panthers lost 3-0 to the Bulldogs. The defeat continues a trend for the Panthers in their meetings with the Bulldogs: they've now lost eight in a row.

The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 25-15, 25-13.

Saegertown now has a losing record of 2-3-1. As for Meadville, the win keeps they at an undefeated 9-0.

Saegertown is facing Cochranton at the right time seeing as Cochranton is stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Meadville, they will host Rocky Grove at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
