De Soto waltzed into their match on Friday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They came within six points of losing the streak, but they secured a 40-34 W against the Leavenworth PIONEERS. The 40-point effort marked the Wildcats' lowest-scoring game of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

De Soto's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 15-4. As for Leavenworth, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-10-2.

As of now, neither De Soto nor Leavenworth have any future games scheduled.
