Football Recap: Noblesville L Takes a Loss

The matchup between Noblesville L and Purdue Poly Englewood on Friday hardly resembled the 26-0 effort from their previous meeting. The Lions were outmatched by Purdue Poly Englewood and fell 52-12. If the Lions were looking for revenge after losing 26-0 to Purdue Poly Englewood when the teams met back in September of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

This is the second loss in a row for Noblesville L and nudges their season record down to 1-3. As for Purdue Poly Englewood, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.

Coming up, Noblesville L will face off against Osceola Grace Eagles at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday. The Lions will be up against the Oscee's rather soft defense (which has allowed 47 points per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Purdue Poly Englewood, they are taking a road trip to face off against Indianapolis Crispus Attucks at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
