Soccer Recap: Tri-Cities Comes Up Short

Tri-Cities was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They lost 4-0 to the Dunwoody Wildcats. While losing is never fun, Tri-Cities can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Georgia soccer rankings (they are ranked 266th, while Dunwoody are ranked 91st).

Tri-Cities' loss dropped their record down to 4-6. As for Dunwoody, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 9-5.

Coming up, Tri-Cities is taking a road trip to square off against Arabia Mountain at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Tri-Cities will be up against Arabia Mountain's rather soft defense (which has allowed 4.89 goals per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Dunwoody, they have already played their next match, a 3-1 win against Alpharetta on the 29th.
