Baseball Recap: Caseville Falls to Peck in First Game of Season

Caseville had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They came up short against the Peck Pirates on Monday, falling 16-1. Sadly, the loss continues a streak the team started last season, making it 11 in a row.

Caseville saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Malik Stewart, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one stolen base and one double.

Coming up, Caseville will look to defend their home field on Thursday against Deckerville at 4:00 p.m. As for Peck, they will head out to take on North Huron at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
