With a playoff win on the line, Lake Nona rose to the challenge on Monday. They were the clear victors by a 15-1 margin over the Poinciana Eagles. Winning may never get old, but the Lions sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

Tanner Pielock looked comfortable as he pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in three consecutive appearances.
