Meanwhile, Santa Cruz Valley didn't have quite enough to beat Heritage Academy on Thursday and fell 4-3. The Dust Devils have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Santa Cruz Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 11-6. As for Arizona Lutheran Academy, they now have a losing record of 8-9.

Arizona Lutheran Academy came out on top in a nail-biter against Santa Cruz Valley when the teams last played back in April of 2023, sneaking past 2-1. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Coyotes since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
