Baseball Recap: Sharpstown Takes a Loss

Friday just wasn't the day for Sharpstown's offense. They came up short against the Westbury Huskies on Friday, falling 18-0. The Apollos haven't had much luck with the Huskies recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Sharpstown's loss dropped their record down to 0-14. As for Westbury, their win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 15-4.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Sharpstown is set to take on their familiar foe Austin at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Westbury will face off against rival Galena Park at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
