Basketball Game Preview: Pequannock Golden Panthers vs. Morristown Colonials

The Pequannock Golden Panthers are taking a road trip to take on the Morristown Colonials at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Pequannock will be strutting in after a win while Morristown will be coming in after a loss.

Pequannock is headed into the match having just posted their closest victory since February 3rd on Saturday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against Jefferson Township, sneaking past 62-59.

Meanwhile, Morristown was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a 61-53 hit to the loss column at the hands of Bard Early College.

Morristown's loss dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Pequannock, their win bumped their record up to 3-1.

Pequannock took their victory against Morristown in their previous matchup back in January by a conclusive 69-48. The rematch might be a little tougher for Pequannock since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
