It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Marsh Valley can now relate to. They fell just short of the Teton Timberwolves by a score of 2-1 on Friday. Marsh Valley haven't had much luck with Teton recently, as the team has come up short the last nine times they've met.

Marsh Valley's goal came courtesy of Chance Smedley, who's now up to 19 this season.

Marsh Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 11-7-3. As for Teton, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-3-2 record this season.
