Football Recap: Paul W. Bryant Takes a Loss

Paul W. Bryant was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss dating back to last season. They were dealt a 37-0 defeat at the hands of the McAdory Yellowjackets. The shutout was out of character for the Stampede seeing as the last time the team failed to score was back in September.

Paul W. Bryant's record is now 0-8. As for McAdory, their victory was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 6-1.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Paul W. Bryant is set to challenge their familiar foe Brookwood at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, McAdory will square off against rival Bessemer City at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. That game will pit two of the most dominant backs against one another: Derrion Davis and Lamarrion Gooden.
