Basketball Recap: Fort Towson Takes a Loss

Fort Towson was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They had to suffer through a 65-36 loss at the hands of the Boswell Scorpions. While losing is never fun, the Tigers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Oklahoma basketball rankings (they are ranked 460th, while the Scorpions are ranked 178th).

Fort Towson's loss dropped their record down to 1-11. As for Boswell, the victory was the tenth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 11-4.

Fort Towson will face off against Wright City at 8:00 p.m. on Thursday. Wright City will roll in looking for their seventh straight win, something Fort Towson surely won't give up without a fight. As for Boswell, they will venture away from home to challenge Clayton at 8:00 p.m. on Thursday.
