Volleyball Recap: Bishop Hartley Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Bishop Hartley can now relate to. They came up short against the St. Francis DeSales Stallions on Thursday, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Stallions this season, with their most recent loss being a 3-0 defeat back in April.

The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-23, 25-22.

Bishop Hartley dropped their record down to 4-18 with the loss, which was their tenth straight on the road. As for St. Francis DeSales, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 12-11 record this season.

Bishop Hartley does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for St. Francis DeSales, they are taking a road trip to square off against St. Charles at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
