Volleyball Recap: Nease Triumphs

The Nease Panthers beat the River City Science Academy Rockets 2-0 on Friday.

Isabella Hayes paced Nease's offense, picking up six kills. Hayes got some help from Ari Ryan and her eight assists. Ryan also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Presley Ulmer, each putting up five.

Nease's record is now 4-11. As for River City Science Academy, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-6.

Coincidentally, Nease and River City Science Academy will both be playing Matanzas the next time they take the court. The Panthers will host the Pirates at 8:30 p.m. on Friday, while the Rockets will host them at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday.
