Basketball Recap: Cloudland Comes Up Short

Cloudland was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss. They lost to the University School Buccaneers at home by a 52-37 margin. While losing is never fun, the Highlanders can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Tennessee basketball rankings (they are ranked 392nd, while the Buccaneers are ranked 174th).

Cloudland's defeat dropped their record down to 4-20. As for University School, the victory (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 18-6.

As of now, neither Cloudland nor University School have any future games scheduled.
