Eldred entered their tilt with Tri-Valley on Friday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Bears 46-6. The score at the end of the third wound up being the final score as the Yellowjackets just coasted through the last quarter.
Leading Eldred to victory were Koen McGill and Jake Card. McGill threw for 147 yards and four TDs on perfect 5-for-5 passing, while Card rushed for 74 yards and a pair of touchdowns. The dominant performance also gave McGill a new career-high in passer rating (177.1). Eldred's leading receiver Connor Ranaudo was McGill's top target yet again, picking up 55 receiving yards and one score.
Eldred didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. In fact, those interceptions all came courtesy of defensive juggernaut McGill.

Coming up, Eldred is taking a road trip to square off against Sullivan West at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Tri-Valley, they will square off against Catkill/Cairo-Durham on Saturday.
