Triton won the last time they faced Argos and things went their way on Saturday too. The Trojans walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Dragons. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Trojans.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Triton took both sets by at least 13 points. The final score came out to 25-11, 25-12.

Triton was led to victory by Clara Doll and Sophie Howell. Doll had nine digs and five aces, while Howell had nine assists and eight digs. Those nine assists gave Howell a new career-high.

Triton's win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Argos, they are on a seven-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-2.

Coincidentally, Triton and Argos will both be playing South Bend Washington the next time they take the court. The Dragons will head out to face the Panthers at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, while the Trojans will play them later in the day, at 12:00 p.m.
