Chapin hadn't beaten River Bluff on the road since April 29, 2021 but that history sure didn't bother them on Friday. Chapin never let River Bluff get on the board and left with a 2-0 win. Winning may never get old, but Chapin sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

Eli Vance and Jalen Tucker scored both of Chapin's goals, bringing their combined season tally to ten goals.

Chapin now has a winning record of 6-5. As for River Bluff, their defeat was their first in the region, dropping their region record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 6-3.
