Baseball Recap: Ludlow Panthers vs. St. Henry Crusaders

Ludlow had lost four straight on the road, but on Sunday they dropped their record down to 7-12 to make it five. They came up short against the St. Henry Crusaders, falling 10-0. If the Panthers were looking for revenge after losing 7-1 to the Crusaders when the teams met back in April of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

As for St. Henry, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 7-14. Their hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.

For St. Henry's part, the team relied heavily on Luke Lubert, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with three runs and two RBI. That's the most hits Lubert has posted since back in April. The team also got some help courtesy of Jackson Popil, who went 3-for-4 with three RBI.
