After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Homer, Wynot was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They blew past the Bancroft-Rosalie Panthers 3-0. That's more bragging rights for the Blue Devils, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Wynot was led to victory by Sophia Geisen and Kenna Oligmueller. Geisen had seven digs, six aces, and a kill, while Oligmueller had 12 kills and 11 digs. That's the most aces Geisen has posted since back in October of 2023. Isabelle Francis was another key player, getting six digs and two aces.
Wynot has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matches, which provided a nice bump to their 18-9 record this season. As for Bancroft-Rosalie, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 9-21.
