Football Recap: Fairview Has No Trouble Against Titusville

There's no place like home for Fairview, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. Everything went their way against the Titusville Rockets on Friday as they made off with a 35-14 win. That looming 35-14 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Tigers yet this season.

Fairview's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Joey O'Reilly led the charge by rushing for 92 yards and one score on only seven carries. The bulk of those rushing yards came from one huge play: a run that gained an incredible 60 yards. Caden Oldach helped out on the ground, rushing for 86 yards and a rushing touchdown.

When it comes to explaining why Titusville lost, don't look at Jaydin O'Neill. Despite the final result, he rushed for 151 yards and one touchdown while picking up 8.9 yards per carry.

Fairview moved to 3-7 with that victory, which also ended their three-game losing streak. As for Titusville, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-9.

As of now, neither Fairview nor the Rockets have any future games scheduled.
