Ben Hays Turns in Season-Best Performance
Ben Hays produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Bentworth to the win on Friday. Hays rushed for 200 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 10.5 yards per carry, and also picked up 38 receiving yards and a touchdown. He showed off some serious burst, turning on the afterburners on one carry for 65 yards.
Bentworth now has a winning record of 5-4. Hays and Bentworth will take on Avella at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Qualk Posts Huge Game in 56-14 Win
Lee Qualk's big game helped extend California's winning streak to six on Friday. Bethlehem Center had no answer to Qualk as he rushed for 261 yards and five touchdowns while picking up 12.4 yards per carry. That's the most rushing yards Qualk has posted since back in August.
Unfortunately for Bethlehem Center, this isn't the first big game they've seen from Qualk. Back in October of 2023 (the last time Qualk saw the Bulldogs), he rushed for 103 yards and two touchdowns on only 11 carries.

On Friday, Jefferson-Morgan got the W thanks in part to Johnny Gilbert playing the best football he has all season. Gilbert rushed for 90 yards and two touchdowns on only six carries, and also picked up 33 receiving yards.
The win for Jefferson-Morgan keeps them at an undefeated 9-0. Gilbert and Jefferson-Morgan will take on California at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
