After low-scoring totals in their previous three contests, Village Christian brought some dynamite into their most recent match. Everything went their way against the Maranatha Minutemen on Monday as the Village Christian Crusaders made off with a 10-3 win. Considering Village Christian has won three games by more than six runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

Bree Brennan made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out eight batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. Brennan has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't tossed less than six strikeouts in five consecutive pitching appearances.
