Volleyball Recap: Bowsher Comes Up Short

Bowsher was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They came up short against the Evergreen Vikings, falling 3-0. The BlueRacers were not able to make up for their defeat to the Vikings from their previous meeting back in September of 2024.

The final score came out to 25-10, 25-4, 25-12.

Ireland Smallman was the offensive standout of the contest as she had 12 digs. That's the most digs she has posted since back in August.

Bowsher's loss dropped their record down to 2-12. As for Evergreen, their win bumped their record up to 9-7.

Looking ahead, Bowsher will host Rogers at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Evergreen, they will square off against Hilltop at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. The Cadets will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something the Vikings surely won't give up without a fight.
