Basketball Recap: Wabaunsee Takes a Loss

On Friday, the Wabaunsee Chargers came up short against the Osage City Indians and fell 45-34. The Chargers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Wabaunsee's loss dropped their record down to 2-2-1. As for Osage City, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-1.

Wabaunsee will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Lyndon on January 10, 2025. Osage City will also get a bit of a break before their next contest: they'll face off against West Franklin at 6:00 p.m. on January 7, 2025.
