T.W. Andrews was handed a 23-run defeat in their previous outing, but that didn't affect their clutch gene on Wednesday. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past the High Point Central Bison 15-13. The high-scoring performance was a welcome turnaround for the Red Raiders' hitters, who had struggled in the games prior.

T.W. Andrews' win bumped their record up to 2-6. As for High Point Central, they are on an eight-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-6.

Coming up, T.W. Andrews is taking a road trip to challenge Morehead at 5:00 p.m. on March 28th. As for High Point Central, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Northeast Guilford at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. High Point Central has given up an average of 17 runs per game this season, so hopefully the team got some pitching drills in this week.
