Last Tuesday, Carmel was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 52-47 to Westfield.

Meanwhile, everything went Fort Wayne Snider's way against Fort Wayne Wayne on Friday as Fort Wayne Snider made off with a 57-36 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Panthers.

Fort Wayne Snider is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 7-4 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 53.0 points per game. As for Carmel, they now have a losing record at 4-5.

Carmel suffered a grim 70-45 defeat to Fort Wayne Snider when the teams last played back in December of 2023. Thankfully for Carmel, Jordyn Poole (who went 8 for 18 on her way to 17 points in addition to five assists and five boards) won't be suiting up this time.
