Basketball Recap: Villa Walsh Academy Comes Up Short

Villa Walsh Academy lost against Jefferson Township back in February of 2022 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Villa Walsh Academy Vikings took a 47-32 bruising from the Jefferson Township Falcons. The match marked the Vikings' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Villa Walsh Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 7-4. As for Jefferson Township, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 14-4.

Looking ahead, Villa Walsh Academy will square off against Academy of St. Elizabeth at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Jefferson Township, they will take on North Warren Regional at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
